1)So at the start the main Character makes some bad life decisions and messes up her relationship with basically everyone in her life. Then she dies and if she wants to move to heaven she has to make it up to everyone on her list in like 5 days or else she will lose her chance to go to heaven and she will go to hell. She has a guardian angel to help her along the way. Because she is a ghost, it is really hard to show people that she is sorry and make things up for them and stuff. She has a great connection with her best friend but she had an argument with her before she died. Fortunately her best can see her but she is the only one who can see her. Her friend helps her fix things with everyone else on her list. she tries several times to fix things but fails until near the end she realises the way she treated everyone and how to fix it. She earns her angel wings and her way to heaven and her best friend loves her again (in a friend way) and her favorite Pop star dies and is sent to heaven with her so she can go out with him.
2)She realises what she has done wrong and how to fix it. She becomes a better, happier person. She can see things in a different perspective because she spends time with the people on her list even though most of them cant see her. Her best friend helps her fix things.
3)In this particular film, if the events switched places, the film wouldn't be very good, it would be really, really terrible.
4)Well the characters in the film tell you where they are and where it is all set.
5)The story is about Cassie and how she has to try really hard to fix everything and she keeps failing and having to try again and again.
6)Its 1h 45m long in real life but in the film, its like a week long.
7)I think the character had a hard time in life or something and that led to the bad lifestyle she had before she died.

She argues with her friend, dies and has to fix her relation with the four people on her list to go to heaven

She realises that she ruined everything with everyone and also realise that she has to fix things in really little time.
Attempt to solve disruption:
She goes round with her living friend even though she is kind of like a ghost and fixes things with everyone. Well she starts off fixing everything with her friend and then her friend helps her afterwards.
New Equilibrium:
She fixes everything with everyone, everyone is happy, she gets to go to heaven, everyone loves her and she gets to go out with a pop star because he dies at the end of the film so she goes to heaven with him.
